Summit Broadband

Improve the user experience of Summit's broadband website for existing clients, enabling them to purchase new products or update their existing ones. Additionally, users should be able to manage the settings of their plans. This project was a collaborative effort, with AMDOCS serving as the backend developer and Kruger as the frontend developer.

Deliverables

• Developed the web page's know-how.

• Created low and mid fidelity wireframes.

• Designed navigation flows.

• Transferred knowledge to the UI team.

My role in this project was as a UX Consultant and a leader of the design team.

Ideation concept

To create the low-fidelity wireframes, our first step was to gain a deep understanding of the business, and the system, and establish a dynamic team structure. We needed to organize how the design and development teams would collaborate with the client. Additionally, we conducted in-person workshops in Miami, Florida, with the client (Summit Broadband) and the developer teams (AMDOCS and Kruger) to collectively build the knowledge base for the web page.
